When you submit a request to our sites, we pass your information to one or more independent, third-party service providers ("Partners") who may contact you about your project.

We do not perform the services ourselves, and we do not take bookings, deposits, or payments for services through this site.

Return Policy & Process

We do not sell physical goods, so no returns apply to purchases from this website.

If you hired a Partner and are unhappy with materials, products, or work they provided, that is a matter between you and the Partner. Please review your agreement with them for return terms. If you can't reach the Partner or aren't sure how to proceed, contact us and we'll try to help you connect with them.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a request to us. You can withdraw a quote request at any time. Email us at twinstonecity@gmail.com or use our contact form with the name and contact details you submitted, and we will stop sharing your information with additional Partners and ask any Partners who already received it to cease contact.

Stopping calls, texts, or emails. You can opt out of marketing communications from us at any time by replying STOP to a text message, clicking "unsubscribe" in an email, or contacting us directly. Partners are responsible for honoring their own opt-out procedures, so you may need to notify them separately.

Cancelling services with a Partner. Because bookings and contracts are made directly with the Partner, any cancellation, rescheduling, or cancellation fee is governed by your agreement with them. Please contact the Partner directly. Under some laws, such as the FTC's "Cooling-Off Rule" for certain in-home sales, you may have a right to cancel within three business days. Check your contract and applicable state law.

We do not charge cancellation fees.

• No export or shipping restrictions: We do not ship products, so no export restrictions apply.
